You might think that there would be a ton of foreclosure condos on the market right now. You'd be wrong. There is only 1 condo for sale in Osage Beach that is a foreclosure. There are only 20 in whole 3 county area that comprises the Lake of the Ozarks' real estate market, and half of those are at one condo project - Nantucket. Lake Ozark has 2, the other 17 are in outlying areas. This means this area is a strong market that will rebound quickly when the time is right.
